Please sign up for the Kroger Rewards Program. This is an effortless opportunity to get money back for purchase we make on a day to day basis anyway. This program is now attached to your Kroger Plus card, so it makes it very easy. Kroger’s rebates our organization a percentage of every dollar spent on qualifying purchases. This is paid to the team on a quarterly basis.

TO USE THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM:

Simply register online at www.krogercommunityrewards.com

• Be sure to have your Kroger Plus card handy and register your card with your organization after you sign up. (If you do not have a Kroger Plus card, they are available at the customer service desk at any Kroger.)
• Click on Sign In/Register
• Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.
• Sign up for a Kroger Rewards Account by entering zip code, clicking on favorite store, entering your email address and creating a password, agreeing to the terms and conditions
• You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email.
• Click on My Account and use your email address and password to proceed to the next step.
• Click on Edit Kroger Community Rewards information and input your Kroger Plus card number.
• Update or confirm your information.
• Enter name of organization: CENTRAL OHIO HOCKEY ASSOCIATION, select organization from list and click on confirm.
• To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will see your organization’s name on the right side of your information page.
• REMEMBER, purchases will not count for your group until after your member(s) register their card(s).
• If you use your phone number at the register instead of a Kroger Plus card, call 877-576-7587 to get your Kroger Plus card number.
• Members must swipe their registered Kroger Plus card or use the phone number that is related to their registered Kroger Plus card when shopping for each purchase to count.

 

Juli Rogers is the administrator of the program for the team. Please email the names and Kroger Plus Card Numbers of friends and family that have signed up to . Make sure “Kroger” is in the subject line. She will track any money raised and allocate it to your player’s account.

 

The following purchases do not qualify for the program:

Alcohol, tobacco, government-assisted pharmacy expenses, postage stamps, Kroger gift cards, Green Dot prepaid cards, gift certificates, bottle deposits, lottery and promotional tickets, fuel, fuel center purchases, office services, and sales tax. Eligible pharmacy purchases include out of pocket co-pays for non government-assisted pharmacy programs. Other terms and conditions apply. See FAQ on website for further details

Kohl's Fundraiser 

                       
     The Kohl’s cards work a little differently than the Kroger Gift card. They are like any ordinary gift card. The cards are available in different increments and can be used in the store over and over until depleted. Unfortunately, as of today, the Kohl’s cards are not re-chargable. When their value is used up, a new card can be purchased from the group. They can be used to pay on the Kohl’s charge account! Right now, while we always encourage the use and purchase of Kohl’s cards from Kohl’s, it is in your best interest to buy your Kohl’s cards at Kroger and get the gas discounts as well.   As long as the gas program continues at Kroger, we’ll be able to double dip like that.

        The team will be pre-buying these gift cards, so they are always on hand. There will typically be no ordering time.   Order forms and checks can be sent to the address on the form. (nice for those out of town relatives!) Additionally, you can contact me by phone or e-mail (preferred over phone) to make arrangements to pick up certificates at my house if you need them quickly.
